Highveld honey, made by our own bees.

Humours of Honey is built around our own apiary in the Highveld of Mpumalanga, where our bees gather nectar from blue gum, sunflowers, soybeans, clover and seasonal wildflowers.

That natural mix gives our honey its multifloral character. We keep the process close, from hive care to bottling, so every jar feels honest, traceable and worthy of the table it lands on.

Frames are handled with care to protect the integrity of the honey and minimise contamination from the moment it is taken.
